How it works
1 Answer ten questions
Dates you already have: when the tenancy started, the last gas check, the certificates. Two minutes, nothing to upload.
2 Every date, worked out
Each rule turns your answers into a due date, with the reason and the law behind it. You see them all before you pay.
3 Hear about it in time
Add one feed to Apple, Google or Outlook calendar. Alarms and an email arrive before each date, for four years.

Questions
Is this legal advice?
No. Every date links to its source in law, and the law is the authority. Where a rule is announced but not yet law, the date is marked expected and moves when the government publishes the detail.
What do you keep about me and my tenant?
Your email, the property address and your answers: dates, an EPC rating and an income band. No tenant names, no documents, no bank details. The privacy page has the rest.
What if a rule changes?
Your dates are worked out again from the new rule. The price covers every rule update for four years from the day you buy.
